Beginners Dru Meditation with Dru Yoga & Relaxation

These classes are a perfect introduction to meditation and will consist of a balanced combination of Gentle Dru Yoga, Relaxation, Simple Breath work and Meditation techniques. Classes are fun, friendly and welcoming; we aim to put you at your ease! It doesn’t matter if you practise on a chair or cross legged on the floor, you will learn ways to still the body, quieten the mind and find a sense of inner peace.
